Ringó from Kanastaðir had a good day at Hella last week and improved his overall score greatly. Daníel Jónsson rode Ringó in the evaluation and they really hit it off, and their show resulted in a total score of 8.22.
The 1st prize stallion Hrymur from Hofi is the sire of Ringó and his mother is Milla from Reykjavík. Milla owns one other offspring that has been evaluated, the talented Harpa from Reykjavík, and has 8.42 as a total score. Ringo is therefor in our opinion an exiting stallion and/or a promising 4 gaite competition horse or in Tölt competitions.
The ownership of Ringó is mixed, but strong ties with Northern Iceland, as (apart from the nephews of Geitaskarð), Eyjólfur Sverrisson, Valgeir Baldursson, Hermann Arason and the rider Daníel Jónsson all have stake in the horse.

Ringó er því spennandi kynbótahestur sem getur hækkað dóm sinn. Einnig mætti hugsa sér klárinn sem fjórgangara eða í töltkeppni.
